When you register with Recruit Oz, every effort will be made to find a position suitable to your needs and experience.
Please note that:
- If an interview or positions is arranged for you and the client is let down without any notice,
no more job assistance will be given to you. Any interview that is arranged for you is only for you.
- If you have a friend or acquaintance that may also be suitable for a job with that company,
please direct them to us and not directly to the company.
- Please be aware that you represent all backpackers when you go for an interview or job through Recruit Oz.
With that in mind, you should always make the employer aware of your intentions (i.e. how long you are available to work)
and ring them before the start of a shift if you are sick or unable to attend that day.
- Recruit Oz will contact members with work and travel related news
- Recruit Oz is a referral service and will give you an indication of job duties and pay rates.
However, final details must be agreed between you, the employee and the employer.
